BT50 MY20 ON 4″ Ram Head Snorkel
The clean, smooth lines of the MY2020 Mazda BT50 demand a clean fitting snorkel that compliments the vehicle aesthetic and follows the vehicle body well. Fatz snorkels fill this brief and look the part while providing clean, high level air intake for the 4JJ3 engine. Built in 316 or 304 Stainless Steel depending on surface finish required. Our Snorkels are professionally purge welded and finished to a seamless form. Then either powder coated black or polished to a 320 grain finish. With the air intake at the front of the factory airbox, there is a need for adaption of the intake location. Hence we take care of this in the kit with supply of a blanking plate and new entry inlet pipe.
Finish options include polished stainless steel, Powder coated Satin Black or Texture Black to suit your preference. When installing a Plastic Ram head, coating the snorkel in Texture black does make for a subtle transition to the ram head textured finish. We offer options of ram head including Dobinson (as pictured) which is installed and secured with stainless steel screws. Alternatively we can offer a Safari 4″ Head which clamps on the outside of the 4″ tube. Select your preference at checkout.
Fatz Ram Head BT50 Snorkes are supplied in all cases with everything needed to carry out the installation. This includes a colour photo instruction manual, CAD Drawn and scale printed template, all fasteners, etc. If you need to source something external to the kit supplied, we have not done our job and will rectify that for you.
